David Mlynarski was born in Buffalo, New York and has spent his entire adult life since 1976 in Southern California, residing in Lake Arrowhead and in the City of San Bernardino.
After serving 4 years in the Air Force, stationed at the former Norton Air Force Base, David began his professional career in local government.
Through his involvement with development/consulting companies throughout the San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, and desert regions of Southern California, David has developed a network of professional contacts and associates from both the public and private sectors.
David Mlynarksi has a degree in Urban Planning with emphasis in the area of environmental studies, with advanced curriculum courses in Business Marketing and Finance, from California State University, San Bernardino.
David Mlynarski has approximately 30 years of experience in development, of which 25 years involves participating in local projects in the City and County of San Bernardino. David has prior experience as an urban planner for cities in both San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties, as well as serving as Vice President/Director of Planning for two Orange County-based residential development companies.
David is currently a Principal at Transtech Engineers, Inc.
