There will be no late fees or service disconnections due to non-payment at this time. There are several ways to make your payment from home, including the free eCheck service or pay your bill online by credit card at onlinebiller.com/sbmwd/ You can also pay by phone at 1-877-238-6048. A payment dropbox is located outside of our customer service building at 1350 S. E Street, San Bernardino CA 92408.
